Permitting: Permits here are issued by the City of Naperville Transportation, Engineering and Development (TED) Business Group, Municipal Center, 400 S. Eagle St. Electrical work requires a state-licensed contractor registered with the City, plumbing permits need the contractor's State registration and a letter of intent, and teardowns, large additions and new construction in established neighborhoods are limited to 7 a.m.–7 p.m. Monday–Friday and 8 a.m.–4 p.m. Saturday, with no work on Sundays or holidays.
